The Vaults Since it opened its doors in 1988, The Vaults – formerly known as The Depot – has established itself as one of Cambridge's leading independent restaurants. Tucked away on Trinity Street, The Vaults – with its tiled floors, coffee coloured walls and chocolate brown leather sofas – has a unique, intimate ambience and unobtrusive service, which makes it popular with couples, small groups and parties.
