I help clients BreakFree of their past, rebuild Confidence, boost Self-Esteem, embody Assertiveness, renew Self-Belief, reclaim Power and reignite their passion for a New Life! Combining Counselling skills and Coaching techniques I facilitate your growth and support you in your development to change your life and break away from the patterns keeping you stuck in your old life.

I use a range of tools and techniques to help clients to breakfree of past trauma/loss/significant events by identifying specific triggers, processing contributing factors and understanding the relevance of reoccurring themes to break repeating patterns. Combining my skills and experience, I retrain Clients Mindset to rewire thought processes and rewrite the narratives, in order to unlock their potential, uncover their authentic self and give the Client back their voice and new found confidence.
