Retrofit Project Manager

Retrofit Project Manager (ref. SCM-CAM-SN)

This is an exciting role (part of the research collaboration of Eastern New Energy) that will involve rolling out the retrofit project using industry leading tools to analyse the regional housing stock, build a locally led cooperative membership and delivering a retrofit scheme that supports the local region in meeting carbon emission targets.

The Retrofit Project Manager will ensure the retrofit scheme delivers a high quality service to its customers whilst adhering to all contractual and regulatory requirements. You will be required to support the growth of the RetrofitWorks cooperative by working with future and current members, who will be local SMEs who will deliver the retrofit project in Cambridge.

What will you be doing?
Initially, you will be working with the MD in setting up the project by:
Building relationships with current and prospective local Retrofit members in order to set the project up for success
Creating the business and financial model for the project to ensure it stays within budget
Identify customer types and works needed and work with RetrofitWorks marketing team to create campaigns
